ETPL has developed a special application for exchanging heat to or from slurry with PIPE in PIPE heat exchanger. Our design has very low possibilities of fouling and choking. Design construction helps very ease of cleaning & maintenance with practically no erosion.
We have successfully used these designs in a precipitated silica plant (12 Nos.) for recovery of heat from slurry at various stages of operations & working successfully since 2017.
We have adopted various combinations of parallel flow, Cross flow, mixed flow, split flow to achieve best performance based on process condition. Most of the equipment have less than 1 year ROI.
